In less than two minutes, the filter is easily installed on a shower or faucet. Here are the instruction steps:

For mounting on the faucet:

1. Unscrew the shower hose from the faucet.
2. Screw the upper part of the Vitarain filter onto the faucet.
3. Screw the shower hose onto the bottom of the filter. Make sure the filter is tight so there is no water leaking.

For mounting on the shower head:

1. Unscrew the shower head from the hose.
2. Screw the upper part of the Vitarain filter onto the knob.
3. Screw the shower hose onto the bottom of the filter. Make sure the filter is tight so there is no water leaking.
